Clinical Profile Set-up

Setting up your Clinical Profile is a key step during your validation period. It ensures your details are accurately recorded for internal network allocation, care coordination, and public/insurer recognition.

Name and Title:

Enter your first and last name. Use your "Dr." title in front of your first name if applicable. Do not manually enter any job title in front of your name; select your title from the designated dropdown menu.

Phone Number:

Your phone number is strictly used to receive authentication codes for logging into Mindler Care and will not be shared with clients. Ensure you enter your direct phone number—do NOT use a Google Voice number, MBX/Wx3 number, or roaming SIM, as these cannot receive the required text messages.

Gender Select one of the following options:

  • Man

  • Woman

  • Other

Job Title:

Select your title from the dropdown menu. Options include:

  • Counseling Psychologist

  • Clinical Health Psychologist

  • Applied Psychologist

  • Lead Psychologist

  • Clinical Psychologist

  • CBT Therapist

Presentation Text Length: Minimum 230 characters, maximum 800 characters. Text over 250 characters will be truncated behind a "Read more" button, so place critical details first.

  • Tone & Style: Write in the first person ("I work with...") using clear, accessible language without overly complex jargon. Feel free to share warm, personal insights about yourself or your work approach.

  • What to Include:

    • Areas/difficulties you prefer to work with that are offered at Mindler.

    • Specialist training or competence.

    • Your general therapeutic approach.

    • Private practice/business references.

    • Mentions of treating conditions not offered through Mindler.

Availability Information:

Minimum 5 characters, maximum 135 characters. Use this dedicated section to state working hours, holiday schedules, or leave (e.g., "Work weekdays 9–17. On holiday July 5 to July 29"). Keep this updated.

Areas of Work & Spoken Languages:
  • Areas of work: Check the boxes for the specific areas you treat; leave non-applicable options empty.

  • Spoken language: Check the boxes for any languages in which you can actively deliver therapy

Clinician Photo:
  • Framing & Position: Upper-body portrait shot centered in the frame with space around your head/shoulders. Avoid full-body shots or tight close-ups where cropping might clip your face.

  • Location:

    • Outdoor: Quiet, non-cluttered natural environment without people, buildings, or cars in the background.

    • Indoor: Neutral background with light detail. Avoid plain blank walls (creates a studio feel) and existing studio photos.

  • Lighting & Quality: Clear, sharp color photo taken in natural daylight. Minimum resolution is 500x500 pixels (higher resolution preferred).

  • Attire & Expression: Wear any color clothes, avoiding bold prints/patterns or outdoor outerwear. Look directly into the camera with a warm, positive expression.

  • Format: Portrait or landscape orientation (will be cropped to a square). No selfies—use a tripod or have someone else take the photo.
