Behind the Scenes: Ensuring Accuracy in Records and Pay
Our Clinical Performance Team work diligently behind the scenes to ensure that all sessions are recorded correctly, which directly impacts the accuracy of your pay. They are committed to making sure that everything runs smoothly, so your hard work is properly recognized and compensated.
Regular Audits: As part of their role, the Clinical Performance Team also conduct regular audits for all clinicians. These audits are designed to highlight areas of strength and identify any areas where further development may be beneficial. The audits are comprehensive, focusing on two key areas:
-
Clinical Compliance
-
Clinical Performance

Please view this process as supportive—the audits are here to assist you in your development. We are committed to helping you enhance your practice and are always available to guide you through any steps that may be needed.

Meet The Team
Hannah Brookfield
Clinical Performance Manager
I’ve been working with NHS talking therapies services since 2010, starting out as a PWP, moving up to Senior PWP, and then qualifying as a HIT/CBT therapist. I joined Mindler about 4.5 years ago, and during my time here I’ve worn a few different hats—working as a Clinical Supervisor and getting involved in Clinical Research before stepping into my current role as Clinical Performance Manager.
I’ve always had a real passion for numbers and data, paired with a sharp eye for detail. What drives me every day is finding smart, practical ways to continually improve the care we offer our patients, empower our therapists to do their best work, and help our partners hit their key NHS targets.

Fun Fact
I bring the same strategic focus and energy to the padel court and football pitch as I do to my day job - though the data on screen is usually a bit easier to control than a fast-paced padel wall bounce!

Hello! I’m Grace, I work in Clinical Performance! Outside of work you can find me amongst a pile of books, cooking and at my allotment with my dog Charlie. Inside of work, you'll find me sending weekly audit emails, assisting with stooges and facilitating 1-1s to help with anything CP related!
