Guide to Starting and Ending Appointments
If you are starting a video appointment, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Access the patient’s therapy room on the Clinician Experience (CEX) therapy platform.

Log into iaptus.

Open the Patient Record.

Go to the Care Pathway tab.

Click Refer to provider.

Select Access this room.

You will be taken to the CEX platform and prompted to log in.
After logging in with your existing Mindler credentials, you will see your Patient Table on your homepage.

Step 2: Send a message to the patient to let them know you are starting the session.
This will notify them shortly before the session begins and prompt them to join.
Step 3: Start the therapy session by clicking the Start button.
Once the session has started, notifications for both the clinician and the patient will be switched off.
